Stunned at the beauty of Giethoorn, the village without a walk in the Netherlands

If you want to find a place that is very peaceful, with many beautiful scenery and can stay away from the noisy and bustling city, Giethoorn is a great idea for you.
Giethoorn is an extremely small and beautiful ancient village. There are many canals and many small tourist sites. This wonderful village is located in the Overijssel province in the northeast of the Netherlands, where traffic is not convenient, so it can only be reached by boat, bicycle or on foot. In fact, this is an unfriendly area. with bikes, but if we really want to, we can still try. Since there is no car or motorbike, when the fairytale village is very fresh and peaceful, you can stay away from the dust of the city. Is this amazing?
Giethoorn is an idyllic place, this place comes from a legendary fairy tale. This is probably the reason people often call it a fairytale village. If you decide to go to Giethoorn, be prepared for a green explosion, and for the overdose of big houses and canals. In addition, be prepared for a lot of tourists, especially in the summer.
Last month I had a friend to visit and he really wanted to visit Giethoorn, or the village of sugarless villages, as I know. Giethoorn is easily accessible by train or car, the trip from Amsterdam will take about two hours (you take the train to Steenwijk and then board bus 70 to go straight to the center of Giethoorn).
This may be a day trip, if you don't have time, but I think you should choose to stay overnight, because you can enjoy Giethoorn more. This is a great idea, because Giethoorn is quite busy and cramped in the daytime and we only have our own Giethoorn after about 5pm, when (almost) all tourists have left.
If you go to Giethoorn, you should rent a nice room and rearrange everything, then go to the center of Giethoorn.
If you rent a small boat and sail through the canal, when you see crowds and traffic jams caused by the boat, you will feel a bit scared, so I recommend sailing. Big travel (Wearing a smaller, more lovely yacht and seems more suitable for a fairy village but is it still a top priority?). After finishing the boat, you can walk through the village, stopping to admire every house you pass by. Everything of Giethoorn is wonderful, namely thatched roofs and perfect gardens.
You should sit in the queue next to the museum, where a few women wear traditional clothes to prepare Dutch sweets. If you want, you can sit on the lawn next to any canal, watching small boats pass by and immerse yourself in the sun.
In the evening, don't forget to enjoy Dutch pancakes and then try some beer while watching the sunset in the fairy village. You will sleep well in a cozy apartment located on the marina Giethoorn, and wake up the next morning, you can drink some coffee outside, look at the canal and you can even enjoy the rain clean.
Make a plan to Giethoorn too. What's better than experiencing a village only in fairy tales. Have a nice trip to Giethoorn.
